When the caution flag comes out the scorers in the tower go back to the last COMPLETED lap. If the lap they were on was not completed by all cars then that lap does not count. The car that was charged with the caution goes to the rear and the rest of the cars get their spot back. HIS DAD never makes a call and HIS UNCLE does not even have a radio during the races. The flagman makes the call on his own or sometimes with help from the two track officials in the turns. I am not defending Billy Bagwell . A man with honesty and integrity does not need defending. These are just the facts and the whole staff at FTS work very hard to see that everybody gets a fair shake.
