Re: Ray Charles lives
The flagman makes the calls. The tower officials call the lineup down to the track officials who then line up the cars. Apparently you are missing my point. The half a lap does not count at all in the scoring and WHEN A CAUTION COMES OUT THE SCORERS GO BACK TO THE LAST COMPLETED LAP FOR THE LINEUP. If the 19 car was not charged with the caution ,he gets his position back. And we all know that Billy Bagwell is the 19 car's UNCLE. (as you referred to him). All of the track officials at FTS go out of their way to make sure there is no favoritism. Sure they make mistakes but they are not intentional. Walk a mile in their shoes before you criticize them. No track is perfect and if you find one that is , don't go there because you will just mess it up.

Re: Ray Charles lives
again it was one whole lap and a little more than another lap. and you are right no track is perfect but this one seems to have more problems with favoritism than any other i have ever seen that was just one example but its almost race night so i am sure there will be many more unless they get some people who are not blind or kin to make the calls

Re: Ray Charles lives

badcallbilly, I have no problem about your views being posted here, but your user name is coming across wrong right from the start. I would suggest you take the time and meet Mr. Bill Bagwell and express your views about the calls being made at the track, and then be ready you offer your time, as we all offer our time to get into the hot seat and become the flagman or track official, because trust me, that position (Flagman) is open...Just apply! Understand the Flagman in question starts working at the track at about 6 to 7am every saturday morning, and never stops until the last car leaves the track for the night. This is the same for most poistions at the track, becasue we have alot of people like you that can sit back and say/bitch about how the track should to this and should do that, what call was wrong...etc, but never what calls were right! How about getting up and doing something other then just taking about how the track is ran and offer some time to help correct what you think is the problem. I suggest you create a new user name to leave your remarks here.

Thank You and you may contact either me (Scoring Administrator) or Tech Man and we will help you meet Mr. Bill Bagwell)

i have said it before and i will say it again this has nothing to do with mr bagwell i have met him he seems really nice its not his fault that whoever makes the calls is blind as a bat.i dont see any reason to change my screen name if you have read the posts i have already said it was not about mr bagwell i didnt know his first name so yall need to get over it the problem really is that the truth is finally being told and mr bagwell would not the the only person in the world or even at chatam to have the name billy

Re: Ray Charles lives

Good to hear this isn't about Mr. Bagwell, and I thank you for that, plus there is really nothing to get over, also as I've stated before, I have no problems with you posting your views here, but yes, you will create a new user name as I've asked nicely. We are all doing the best we can with the people we have working, and I've offered you a chance to stepup, and give some of your time, and/or suggest someone available every weekend to help correct issues you are seeing.

About the truth? I make sure Mr. & Mrs. Bagwell read all post here, no one is hiding anything, and what is it we would gain by hiding information?  I also meet with both on any calls I may see in question, which in turn, he (Mr. Bagwell) brings the Flagman into the meeting for him to explain. So to answer your truth question, yes we do meet and talk about all issues reguarding the track including calls made at track level.

To bring a view of a problem/issue to the table, by taking the time to post that information here, then one should also suggest some possible solutions to correct or improve these problems/issues.

Your ideas and suggestions are welcome, as the track owners phone number is listed under contacts.

Thank You and have a great weekend
