When the complaints keep on about things at our local tracks, this is what hurts them. We as spectators/drivers/crews/officials cannot change yesterday, so why must we continue to carry the complaints on from day to day. We can only learn from the mistakes that were made and try to figure out a way to improve for the next time. I'm sure that everyone involved Saturday night see's needs of improvement and will do their best to work together to do so.
