I haven't heard any of our locals say whether they are or are not going to be a part of this race yet. I have watched our locals compete at different tracks against many excellent drivers. I must stand up for our local drivers and say that I have high confidence in our guys. Fast Trax has some of the best Modified drivers in North Louisiana, and I'm not saying that drivers at other tracks aren't good. I'm just partial to our locals I guess. I think our guys can and will do an excellent job Saturday night. And to be honest, I look for some of them to run the Friday night race in Monticello and probably the Sunday show at Boothill as well as Saturday night.

Our locals are a breed of their own, they drive hard with a determination like no other drivers I know. Fierce competetors on the track and best friends in the pits. They've ALL got what it takes to make this show, I'm just anxious to see which one of them can take the $3,000!!!
